The ECITB is running a second annual Stakeholder and Customer Satisfaction Survey during the Autumn to find out how we’re performing and where we can improve.
Over a 4-week period, we will gather data from all in-scope employers, training providers, approved centres as well as other key external stakeholders. The survey consists of a telephone interview or an online questionnaire which takes around 25 minutes to complete.
In 2020, we ran our first Customer Satisfaction Survey for several years. The rich feedback we gathered has helped us to identify where we need to improve and to take action in response; informing our new blended learning strategy, expanding our website content and initiating a review of our technology to improve user experience. The ECITB also been actively engaging with training providers to increase the level of support, including more provider video meetings and responding to suggestions.
Chris Claydon said: “Thank you for taking the time to have your say on your experience of engaging with the ECITB. Your viewpoints from last year’s survey have already helped us to make improvements to the service we deliver.
“We are always striving to make continuous improvements to the way we operate and your responses will play a key part in the formulation of our operational plans for 2022 and our next Strategic Plan for the period 2023-2025.”
The survey will be delivered on behalf of the ECITB by research agency IFF Research Ltd, who will ensure all responses are anonymous. You will receive initial phone contact from an IFF Research interviewer from 13 September onwards.
We strongly encourage anyone who is contacted to provide their views into the survey as your feedback really does help to shape our direction and to guide our improvements.
