The ECITB has now approved two new diversity and inclusion training courses to help employers make a positive impact in the workplace and enjoy the business benefits that result from encouraging and embracing inclusive behaviours.

Three new one-day virtual courses, delivered by STC Global and Rewards Training respectively, cover diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias. They build on theoretical knowledge and enable candidates to make a positive impact in the workplace by including discussions, practical exercises and reflection along with consolidation of the learning.
