About you

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workforce competence, transferability, and retention.
  • Lead the design and rollout of upskilling and reskilling programmes.
  • Build and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Use labour market insights to shape workforce development initiatives.
  • Oversee budgets for competence and retention programmes.
  • Drive continuous improvement to maximise impact and efficiency.
